US domestic shipping is free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The 2-bottle package carries a shipping charge added at checkout. International availability has not been confirmed in the published materials — buyers outside the United States should confirm by email before ordering.
Costs by package
- 2 bottles ($158.00) — shipping charged separately at checkout.
- 3 bottles ($207.00) — free shipping within the United States.
- 6 bottles ($294.00) — free shipping within the United States.
International orders
International shipping is not confirmed either way in the seller's published materials. If you are ordering from outside the United States, contact customer service at contact@customercs.com or (507) 448-8190 and get availability, cost and estimated delivery confirmed in writing before placing the order. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Processing and tracking
Orders are fulfilled by the seller, with checkout handled by BuyGoods. Tracking details are issued to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not arrived within a few business days, contact customer service directly — this site cannot look up or amend orders.
Delivery problems
For a parcel that arrives damaged, incomplete or not at all, contact customer service with your order number. Keep the packaging and photograph any damage before disposing of it. Note that the 60-day refund window runs from your purchase date, so raise delivery problems promptly rather than waiting — a delayed delivery does not extend the guarantee.
